I was at a Songwriter's In The Round down in Hermosa Beach many years ago hosted by Jodi Siegel, an amazing singer/songwriter and guitarist. As the event was wrapping up, Jodi asked me to take us out with a jam as all the other songwriters / musicians were on stage. I started to play these chords and then she said, "sing something...". I started singing, "Long way to go...long way to go...". A song was born.
